Want to break a bad habit?

The list included fresh ideas to stay accountable when trying to break a create a habit.  
- Start small and just focus on one thing at a time.  
- Choose a start date and look forward to it.  
- Commit for 30 days with no exception.

I have a few things in mind that I'd like to consider.  Once I decide, I will share it here.
