Feel Amazing Today
Sometimes there are days when I just feel off. Not bad or sad, just kinda blah. Then there are some days when I feel so great, ready to conquer the world! In order to have more of those kinda days I try to incorporate the following items...
1. Get at least 8 hours of sleep
2. Drink a large glass of cool water upon waking
3. Eat a delicious and nutritious breakfast
4. Get to work on time
5. Make a to-do list then knock off a few items
6. Get some good ol' exercise
Even if nothing else goes well, I consider a day successful when I accomplish these things. Try it out. I hope you will feel amazing too.
